Our Shipping Policy


Unless otherwise noted on the product page, we ship to more than 200+ countries around the world. However, please be aware that we may have issues delivering to countries in remote areas.

You will be notified via email if the order cannot ship to your country and will provide a full refund.

We do our best to ship out orders within 24 hours of being placed. Once the order has been shipped out, we will notify you via email with a tracking number and link to track it. Also, if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order due to high volume of orders, we will contact you via email as well.

Please always check your Spam or Junk folder for our email updates. If using Gmail, please check your Promotions tab.

If you did not receive an email with your tracking number within 72 hours after placing the order, please email us at charlie@lovergem.com so we can check it for you.


Average delivery times are shown below.

USA, Australia, UK : 7 to 14 days Maximum

Canada, New Zealand : 18 to 30 days

Rest of the World : 15 to 30 days

Many times the products will arrive earlier than this.

If you've waited past the quoted delivery times and still have not received your order from us, please email us at charlie@lovergem.com and we will look into it ASAP. We will help you sort out any issues.


Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, you may expect additional delays beyond our expected time frames above. 

Those time frames were approximated when businesses and shipping couriers (such as your local post office) are functioning in a stabilized manner.

We do not have any control over how fast your local post office can receive, handle, and transport your package as they may have certain systems set in place to preserve the safety of their employees.

In the unlikely event that your package will take longer than our expected times of delivery stated above, you will be notified via email.


Depending on the quantity of items you have ordered, we may need to send the items in separate packages only if we cannot fit all into a single package. They may come in separate packages at different times within the quoted delivery period.

Please do not be alarmed if you do not receive all of your items at once and feel free to email us at charlie@lovergem.com for additional tracking information for your order (if you did not receive it).


Please note, you are responsible for any additional Customs duties or taxes charged due to importing to your country. International taxes and duties are not included in your order and if applicable, will need to be paid before delivery.

The cost of duties and taxes are regulated by your country’s customs bureau and not determined or collected by LoverGem.com

If a tracking number shows the item(s) were successfully delivered to the address the customer provided. We recommend customers to contact their local post office to inquire where it was delivered. 

No replacements or refunds will be issued on items that show as successfully delivered. We will not be liable for incorrect address information provided by customers or missed delivery attempts by couriers.

We always recommend checking around your property or with neighbors to ensure your package was not misplaced.

If you believe your package may have been stolen, you may file a report with your local courier and local police.


While we prefer to set up returns after you receive the item, if you do refuse the delivery of your order, we will only provide a refund, once the item(s) has arrived back at our warehouse.

Also, we will have to collect or withhold shipping fees from the refundable amount.
