Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, you can do so provided that the order is within 24 hours.

Please understand that we will not be able to cancel your order nor make any changes beyond 24 hours after payment confirmation as we do our best to process and ship out items as fast as possible.

We will not be liable for incorrect address or other wrong information provided by customers during the Checkout process that results in lost package(s) or missed delivery by couriers.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the information provided on our website and as shown on the Order Confirmation page.

Send us an email immediately at support@miniaturehousekits.com if you noticed any wrong information, need to make changes, or cancel the order.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

You may return your order within 30 days after it has been delivered to your address (according to tracking information) for a refund or replacement. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If there was a mistake made on our end (i.e., wrong model, incomplete pieces, and etc.), or the product arrived damaged, we will correct this at no extra cost to you.

For any other reason, you will be required to send the product back to us, and since we are offering free shipping to all customers at the time of purchase (if applicable), and pay for the shipping and handling fees associated with that. The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original or similar packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also send you a notification email if a full or partial refund will be processed.

We will also require a USD 10 restocking fee, for all returned items to cover repackaging and restoring of inventory expenses. The amount will be deducted from the refundable amount.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed immediately once you receive via email the refund confirmation or refund receipt from us. There are certain situations where only partial refunds (if applicable) will be granted. It includes but not limited to the following:

  • Any item(s) returned not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item(s) that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

It will take anywhere between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank, for the refunded amount to show on your account or credit card statement.

If you have not received your refund after that time period, please contact your bank, as there is sometimes a processing window before the refund amount is posted.

REFUSED DELIVERY

We will not provide refunds for any orders that were refused during delivery until the online tracking information shows it has been successfully returned to our warehouse.

This is due to some shipping courier improperly re-routing delivery back to our warehouse, resulting in the complete loss of the goods. That is why we prefer to set up returns after you receive the item.

ADDENDUM

Depending on the circumstances of the order, WorldBox™ reserves the right to grant or decide whether a full refund, partial refund, or replacement will be necessary since every customer scenario is different and must be treated individually.
